KidsChaupal has come up with a plan to acknowledge extraordinary teachers, keeping in mind the challenging scenario of global education and skill development. The realm of this program is very vast and is applicable to teachers from all over the country. This scholarship primarily aims at acknowledging the contribution of teachers. Thus, a variety of categories are available to meet the needs of teachers.

The programme aims to appreciate the contribution of the teachers and give them the much-deserved appreciation and acknowledgement to encourage them to do better in their respective fields. We have included various categories to fulfil our aim and give a fair chance to every teacher entering our rewarding program.

Guideline for participation

Please read the following points before your submission to KidsChaupal. By participating in the program, you understand and agree to abide by the following rules:

• Submissions made after the mentioned deadline will not be accepted and KidsChaupal will have the right to cancel such submissions without any prior notice.
• There will be a defined selection process. KidsChaupal will have a panellist for each program. This will comprise of members of the editorial team and/or external judges. The judging panel shall assess and determine the winning entries.
• The application process will include the submission of an official Entry Form which will be verified by the team. The teacher is requested to submit all the documents and details as asked by the KidsChaupal team.
• Every teacher entering the program is requested to submit a ‘Teacher’s Certificate’, as provided by the school or the institute. The teacher’s application form may get rejected if he/she fails to provide the ‘Teacher’s Certificate’.
• The results and the winners will be announced on the KidsChaupal website. The decision by the KidsChaupal team will be final and non-negotiable.
• There will be a mode of payment for the program which will be described on the website. No other form of payment will be available other than the mentioned payment method.

Eligibility of contest

You are eligible to apply for our program if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Every teacher applying for the program has to provide a ‘Letter of recommendation’. The teachers are asked to include details about how well they’ve done in the school/institute so far, and what they’d like to do in order to advance their knowledge in the future.
• KidsChaupal will require a detailed ‘Bio’ for the teacher willing to submit their entries for the program. Every bio must have at least two parts, contact information, and teaching performance. Teachers may add other sections that make it easier for the panellist to identify relevant characteristics such as certificates and acknowledgments, volunteering and other experiences, software skills, and languages.
• Every teacher needs to have ‘Indian’ nationality as a necessary eligibility criterion.
• The teachers below the age of 25 can not apply for the program.
• The teachers may submit their entries based on the subjects they specialise as they will be eligible for winning only in one category.
• The various skill levels of the teachers along with essay writing will also be given due consideration by our esteemed panellists.
• The ranking of the winners will be a joint decision based on the combined number of votes their entries get and the decision of our panellists which will include experts from their respective fields.

Terms and conditions

The following points are the authorized agreements between KidsChaupal and the teacher applying for the program. The teacher must agree to abide by the terms of service in order to be eligible for the program.

• There will be a minimum number of qualifying rounds and every teacher is supposed to fulfil the required eligibility criteria in each round. The team of KidsChaupal has every right to disqualify an entry if they don’t find it achieving the required criterion without any notice to the teacher.
• The teacher requires permission from the school for participation in the program. The permission should be in the form of a written letter.
• The teacher requires to have conducted and attended a minimum number of 10 workshops.

Participation in the ‘Reward and recognition program’ constitutes teacher’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of KidsChaupal, which are final and binding. Winning the program is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
