Mr Sourav has been teaching Bharatnatyam since the last 16 yrs. Presently, he is serving the Indian railways, in which he was selected for his outstanding contribution to the field of Art and Culture. He is a National Scholar holder in the field of Bharatnatyam from Govt of India. He is also an Empanelled artiste of Doordarshan kendra, Kolkata. He has received 2 National Awards: National Nrityamani Award-2013 And National Nritya Bibhushan Award-2017.
