Terms and Conditions

1. Students once chose the activity or sport, cannot change in the middle of the camp
2. Students could enroll monthly or two months, no other structural denomination shall be allowed
3. Classes videos, photos of students shall be taken only by the Kidschaupal team & is agreed to be consensual.  
4. Enrolment & payment is non-transferable.
5. Any existing medical condition of a student has to be communicated to the school & Kidschaupal coach, failure in communication that attracts full accountability of a parent under any circumstance.  
6. A compensation class shall not be provided for a student's absence.
7. No part time payment allowed
8. Timings accountability lies with school & kidschaupal, shall not be changed in the middle of the camp. 
9. Only online enrolments procedure shall be encouraged 
10. No refunds shall be encouraged in the middle of the camp, however emergencies shall be taken into account based on merits. 
11. Any questions or queries shall be reached out to school or Kidschaupal provided contact numbers. Contacting coaches directly or over telephone by parents is not allowed.
