“It was such an honor to be associated with Colorothon season -13 2021 held in Bengaluru as charity partner with over 7,000 people participating in the event and drawing their imagination in a colorful ambience. “Seldom does performance match participant’s expectations however, Colorothon not only creates great expectations through their adverts, but is also able to exceed their expectations. No doubt you have been recognised nationally and internationally. Art is one form, which helps one to be inspired & to stay motivated - and this challenging national level on-line contest that you are organising, I’m confident, will be an eye opener and a stimulator to many during these pandemic times. The message I get from this is – start contemplating & stop complaining. Use your time, energy, attention & your resources, for positive gains, rather than for expressing pains! Our prayers are with you team Colorothon. All the best to the team.”
    Ajit Kaikini
Director Buoyancee, Growth & Corporate Training

“Children are naturally creative, the younger they are, the more spontaneous and honest their statements are. Before they enter the world of letters, they express themselves most fully through drawing. Let's give them a chance by providing paper and crayons, and our good will to understand their "pictograms" and they will surprise us with their extraordinary creativity in conveying what they feel and how they see the world. When they have a chance to develop their artistic passions under the watchful eye of a wise adult who does not inhibit their individuality by imposing stereotypes, does not criticize or ridicule the results of their work and does not skimp on praise, children not only enjoy the creative act itself, but also develop much faster, and they are more creative. By enabling a child to experiment in many areas of art, we give them a chance to choose the direction that allows them to be fully realized. When they are gifted, they can become artists, when they lack talent, they can simply be happy in communing with art. When children create, they learn a new perception of the world. They do not lose their innate sensitivity to beauty, their taste is shaped. With time, they more and more consciously use the means of plastic expression: a line, a color, chiaroscuro, shape, solid and composition. They become young artists and recipients of art, which gives them self-confidence and supports general development. In the early stage of a child'hood, an extremely important role is played by children's illustration, which can be remembered for years and subconsciously influences the formation of an aesthetic sense. Picture books for children, which are of a high artistic level, can do a lot of good and properly direct children's perception of the world. On the other hand, an ugly, kitschy or age-inappropriate illustration can do a lot of damage to little heads. This is the role of adults, that they should provide children with appropriate books. Let's give all children a chance for artistic creativity and contact with art, and over time the world will be full of beautiful works, but also full of happy, self-confident and sensitive people.”
